About the Owner

Elissa Richardson (“Elissa”) founded Roneli Staffing, LLC in the Spring of 2015. Elissa is not new to staffing. She has firsthand experience in all facets of the staffing industry.

She worked on a temporary and temp-to-hire basis for half a year, including in-house staffing positions with national and local staffing companies based in Denver. She obtained two permanent (direct hire) positions through two local staffing companies. She was a loyal, longtime client of staffing companies, relying on them to fill job openings. She worked as an in-house staffing consultant and manager for several highly successful national and local staffing companies for many years, the majority of time specializing as a permanent placement consultant within the legal industry. She also worked as a regional recruiter in the airline industry. These experiences have given her a well-rounded, unique perspective in working with staffing clients and candidates alike.

Since college, Elissa has worked in various offices, law firms, and staffing companies, as well as the corporate office of an airline and a court reporting firm. She has been responsible for building business relationships in the Greater Denver Area for many years. Her strengths include:
